With the takeover of Den Hoed Transport in 1996, Zwatra also became the owner of an industrial relocations company.
The origins of this department lie in the mid-1960s when, under the leadership of Den Hoed employee Joop Tetteroo, the first jobs as an industrial mover were carried out. Joop and his team continued to build the department, which was also known as ‘de Ploeg’. When Joop took early retirement in 2004, he was succeeded by Paul Tims.
